We are often fascinated by principles like, tolerance, inclusivity, etc. A leader had his strong views and opinions. He had people from diverse backgrounds and lifestyles under him, but he was known to be inclusive and accommodative. He had great influence and command over his people and people around. As time went by, every single person began to think and act like the leader. All began to have views and opinion like the leader. The group that was once plural now has become singular.
